Your field of activity

• As a medical secretary mbA, you are the first point of contact of our clinic and shape the first impression with your professional appearance - thanks to you, the daily routine of the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently and patient-oriented
• In your hub function, you take over the medical correspondence, are in telephone contact with patients and referrers and organise the vascular surgery consultations from referral through diagnostics and surgery to follow-up, including maintaining all data in the clinical information system (EPIC)
• As part of Clinical Patient Management, you accompany and coordinate the individual patient courses along the entire patient pathway and work closely with the medical service, patient disposition, OR coordination and the consultation centre
• In addition, in close cooperation with the neighbouring disciplines of the Vascular Centre, you ensure a smooth process of further diagnostics and therapy and coordinate the corresponding interfaces for optimal patient care

Your experience

• With a completed medical training (MPA) or commercial training including further training as a medical secretary as well as several years of experience in the medical environment, you bring the ideal basis for this demanding task
• Commitment, reliability and an independent, organised way of working characterise you as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations - supported by your resilient, structured and socially competent personality
• Very good IT skills as well as enjoyment of administrative tasks are required and form the basis for efficient and precise work with modern digital systems
• Sound know-how in medical terminology is essential in order to communicate safely, precisely and professionally in every situation - both in writing and orally
