What you can achieve
On behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority, you implement measures according to the Swiss Civil Code in child and adult protection. The tasks include in particular:

- Advice as well as support/representation of individuals and families within the framework of adult protection measures
- Advice and support/representation of parents, children and adolescents within the framework of child protection measures
- Income and asset management
- Safeguarding legal claims and representing clients in legal, administrative and financial matters
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other agencies and authorities

- The first steps to implement the KOKES recommendations of 2021 have already been taken. These include adjusting case numbers and hiring a specialist in the legal field.
What distinguishes you
- Degree in Social Work (FH/HFS), Psychology or Law
- Completed CAS "Mandate Management in Child and Adult Protection" is an advantage
- Fluency in oral and written expression
- High degree of independence in work organisation, initiative and quality awareness
- Analytical, resource- and solution-oriented thinking
- High resilience and empathy towards people in difficult life situations
- Good IT user skills (MS Office programmes, KLIB an advantage), driving licence category B
- Social skills, teamwork, flexibility and commitment
- Ideally, you also have experience in statutory social work and legal knowledge in the field of social insurance
