Team Leader Reception and Administration / Commercial Trainer KV 90% (by arrangement)

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the reception and administration team
• Responsibility for the training and support of our commercial apprentices as a commercial trainer
• Operational and administrative support of management in day-to-day business
• Responsibility for guest administration as well as competent advice to our guests and relatives
• Contact person for internal guests, relatives, external visitors and service providers
• Responsibility for operating the telephone switchboard as well as reception
• Responsibility for the monthly closing and various administrative evaluations
• Maintaining and managing guest and prospect data in the CRM and CMS system
• Co-responsibility for planning, organising and implementing marketing measures as well as internal and external events
• Co-responsibility for occupancy and re-letting of our residence apartments and care services (active sales)
• Participation in projects as well as continuous optimisation of processes and procedures
• Ensuring a professional service and customer care culture at reception

Your profile

• Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, hotel specialist EFZ or comparable training
• Further training as a commercial trainer or willingness to complete this
• Several years of professional experience at reception and in administration in a service industry, preferably in the hotel industry, private clinic or a private senior residence
• Several years of leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing and promoting employees and apprentices
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, CMS and ideally SAP)
• High service orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with guests, relatives and employees
• Organisational talent, independent working style as well as pronounced social competence
• Willingness for occasional Saturday and public holiday shifts/event planning
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral language skills in
• French and/or English
• A warm, humorous and positive basic attitude
