We are looking for our future:
As a cleaning services specialist, you are responsible for the operational and contractual monitoring of cleaning services for buildings, stations and tl premises in the conurbation.
You ensure the quality of services provided by our external partners and make sure that contractual commitments, quality standards and defined costs are respected, as well as the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.
In this capacity, you:
• monitor the contract lifecycle, from defining needs to renewal or closure;
• participate in the preparation of specifications and calls for tenders;
• conduct on-site checks of the quality and compliance of services;
• identify discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions;
• track performance indicators, service quality and any bonuses/penalties;
• contribute to the continuous improvement of services, processes and costs.
The role occasionally requires quality checks on site at different times and according to the cleaning teams’ work schedules (possibly at night).
• You hold a Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent qualification in a technical, commercial or logistics field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, as well as proven experience in building/facility cleaning
• You have practical experience in on-site quality control and monitoring services provided by external partners
• You have good organisational skills, strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
• You are quality- and solution-oriented, with a good sensitivity to costs and efficiency
• Rigorous, pragmatic and personable, you enjoy fieldwork and know how to enforce established quality standards.
• You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and good writing skills
• You are proficient with common IT tools

- Contract: Permanent contract at 100%, starting 1 December or by agreement
- Recruitment process: pre-selections with HR until 30 September, interview with manager + HR on 5 and 7 October, and if positive, you will be invited to a half-day internship. Probable end of recruitment: end of October
