About us
Your tasks
- Together with the team, you take over the preparation and cooking of meals according to the menu plan as well as aperitifs and banquets
- You organise the work allocation of the employees in your area
- You carry out quality controls and ensure compliance and monitoring of hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Exciting project work awaits you together with the kitchen management
- You are co-responsible for the training and supervision of our apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training as a Chef/Cook EFZ, preferably with a specialist certificate "Head Chef"
- Your several years of professional and leadership experience distinguish you
- You are experienced in independently planning daily tasks and rely on teamwork
