Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the corporate group
- Conducting forecasts, budgeting processes and financial planning
- Monitoring and analysing the financial performance of individual business units and subsidiaries
- Identifying risks and opportunities and deriving recommendations for action
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies to optimise corporate performance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as management and department heads, as well as external partners, such as auditors and banks
Qualifications:
- Completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in an international corporate group
- Sound knowledge of common controlling tools and methods
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Very good knowledge of national and international accounting standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
