IT System Administration Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You share responsibility for the operation, maintenance and further development of Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, DNS, PKI and Microsoft SQL environments as well as M365 and Azure services.
- In this role, you work closely with internal and external partners, develop concepts for infrastructure, cloud solutions and new services, and implement these in projects up to clean handover to operations.
- You support digital transformation projects through technical expert advice and take on partial or project management depending on the assignment.
- In this role, you package and distribute software using the PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit and create the associated installation manuals.
- You plan, install, configure and maintain programmes, core and specialised applications and actively participate in the training of apprentices.
- As an IT system administration specialist, you support the support team in troubleshooting at 3rd-level and contribute your professional expertise actively in the commIT team.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment
- Strong team skills, motivation, independence, openness and quick comprehension
- Very good knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, M365, Azure services, Windows servers and software packaging as well as willingness to learn
- Experience in ICT and cloud automation for efficient implementation of solutions
- Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours and flexible availability
