Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Role:
You want to apply your commercial skills in purchasing and take responsibility for smooth goods procurement? In this position, you coordinate orders, handle supplier concerns, and ensure reliable processing in day-to-day business.
Responsibilities:
You ensure efficient operational goods procurement and implement the specified purchasing guidelines.
You process orders for stock and commission goods in the SAP system.
You check order confirmations and clarify discrepancies with the responsible departments.
You coordinate delivery dates and ensure reliable follow-up of open orders.
You handle delivery problems, damaged goods, and returns in cooperation with suppliers.
You assist with the verification of incoming invoices and credit notes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or have equivalent further training in purchasing or logistics.
You preferably have experience in procurement or knowledge of the sanitary industry.
You are confident in using MS Office and SAP MM.
You impress with numerical affinity, process understanding, as well as an independent, careful, and structured working style.
You have fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good oral French skills.
