For the outpatient clinic of the Spine and Hand Surgery Clinic, we are looking for a medical practice assistant (50%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
As part of the centralisation of our outpatient clinics and secretariats, we are looking for a flexible personality who enjoys varied tasks and diverse assignments.


Your tasks

• Organisation, coordination and preparation of consultations
• Handling of mail and e-mails as well as dealing with telephone enquiries
• Obtaining missing documents from the patients to be treated
• Case opening in SAP
• Writing, formatting and/or revising medical reports
• General administrative tasks
• Delegated special tasks
• Holiday cover

You bring with you

• Completed training as an MPA
• Perfect German skills in spoken and written form, French desirable, any additional foreign language skills are welcome
• Confident use of medical terminology
• High social competence and good communication skills
• Flexible personality and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• Independent, resilient, efficient and reliable personality
• Team spirit, willingness to perform and enjoyment of a very dynamic working environment
