For a leading, Switzerland-wide construction management company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Building Construction to strengthen the team. You will take overall responsibility for demanding new build and conversion projects in commercial building construction - from planning to realisation.

Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of construction projects in the commercial and industrial building sector
Responsibility for deadlines, quality, costs and compliance with SIA standards
Interface with clients, authorities, planners and contractors
Preparation of execution and realisation concepts
Leadership of external project participants and site managers
Support with tenders, awards and contract management
Qualifications:
Training as an architect, civil engineer, site manager or HF technician
Several years of experience as a project manager in building construction, ideally in commercial construction
Sound knowledge of Swiss construction processes and SIA standards
Independent, communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking
Experience with digital tools (construction administration, project control, etc.)
