Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a building services planner specialising in sanitary for the next development step towards junior project management. You will handle diverse projects in sanitary and building services planning, independently develop smaller systems and support experienced project managers in project control, tendering and specialist site management. Your technical focus areas include sanitary concepts, schematics, calculations and tenders as well as coordination with other disciplines. The position offers a structured entry into project management and a modern working environment with digital planning and flexible working models.
Responsibilities:
Planning and processing of sanitary systems for various high-rise and building services projects
Independent development and dimensioning of smaller drinking water, wastewater and sanitary systems
Creation of principle schematics, installation plans and technical documentation
Carrying out dimensioning and building services calculations for sanitary systems
Preparation and processing of tenders and specifications as well as support in bid evaluations
Supporting project management in cost, schedule and quality control
Coordination of sanitary planning with heating, ventilation, electrical, architecture and other specialist planning
Participation in specialist site management and monitoring proper implementation on site
Support with acceptances, defect inspections and commissioning of the planned systems
Assuming project management deputy duties during absences and gradually taking on own project responsibility
Participation in digital and model-based planning processes of building services
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as building services planner sanitary EFZ
Initial professional experience in sanitary and building services planning
Knowledge of sanitary technology, dimensioning, schematic planning and tendering
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services regulations
Experience with common CAD/building services planning software and digital planning methods
Willingness for professional development, for example technician HF building services, and development towards project management
Good German language skills spoken and written
