Your Tasks
- You implement optimal operating theatre planning according to strategic and tactical guidelines – taking into account all key resources (staff, beds, operating theatre capacities, equipment).
- You schedule elective procedures in coordination with the specialist departments.
- You continuously adjust the planning in case of short-term changes and prioritise urgent procedures.
- You maintain regular contact with patients and/or relatives.
- You check the completeness of relevant patient and planning documents.
- You actively contribute to process optimisations and quality measures.
Your Profile
- Training in healthcare (preferably with experience in operating theatre or anaesthesia)
- Experience in operating theatre planning
- Ability to think in a networked way and act flexibly and situationally
- Resilience, teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Enjoyment of organisational and administrative tasks
- Good user knowledge of a hospital information system (HIS)
