To strengthen our team in the Jewellery sector, we are looking immediately, for a permanent position, at the Lausanne site, for a motivated and committed person as a Sales Advisor, 100%.

Your responsibilities

• You support the Floor Manager in their daily activities, ready to take charge and tackle all daily challenges with energy.
• You provide professional advice to customers and enrich their shopping experience with your up-to-date knowledge.
• You effectively convey specific information about the departments to our customers.
• You offer a professional checkout service.
• You manage and present our assortment attractively according to customer needs.
• You are responsible for order and cleanliness on the sales floor.

Your profile

• You have solid training in retail and proven management experience, preferably in a mid-range or high-end environment.
• You have preferably completed basic retail training in the mentioned field.
• You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent role.
• You enjoy sales and have a particular sensitivity to our demanding customers.
• You are passionate about fashion and constantly expand your professional knowledge.
• You are highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic in your work.
• You have a communicative personality, radiate positive energy, and have a neat appearance.
• You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
