Institute Manager: Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology 80-90%
from October 2026 or by arrangement
Your Main Tasks
Business Management and Development / Project Management:
Financial Management and Controlling:
Personnel Management and Development:
- Co-design of the strategic and operational orientation of the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in consultation with the institute management
- Development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimise operational processes
- Optimisation of processes and structures and management of projects for the further development of the institute
Financial Management and Controlling:
- Preparation, monitoring and analysis of detailed budgets (medical technology, IT, furniture) in close cooperation with the Head of Business Management of the cross-sectional area
- Preparation, controlling and analysis of comprehensive performance indicators (financial, personnel, infrastructural)
- Definition and implementation of measures to improve results
- Responsibility for performance recording and performance controlling in the outpatient and inpatient areas using RIS (Radiology Information System). This includes maintaining the RIS master data as well as creating and providing all RIS statistical evaluations
Personnel Management and Development:
- Leadership and development of administrative staff
- Ensuring efficient personnel planning and development
- Close cooperation with the institute heads on personnel matters
- Controlling working hours and holiday balances of all employees
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration (University of Applied Sciences or University) as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
- Professional experience in controlling and/or hospital financing as well as project management
- Interest in shaping the core tasks of the institute in treatment, research and teaching
- Confident negotiator with strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts
- Structured, reliable working style and the ability to independently drive projects forward, as well as adapt flexibly to changing conditions
