You have a certified automation technician diploma or another technical certificate, specialising in electricity or electronics. You know how to commission, wire, and troubleshoot. But the same production line every day is not for you. This position puts you on the road: about 60% of the time at our clients’ sites throughout French-speaking Switzerland, the rest in our workshop in Perroy, on La Côte, between Lausanne and Geneva. You plan your interventions yourself, from the first client call to the machine running.

Company vehicle, also for private use. No on-call duty. 13th month salary.

Peyer Marking Romandie SA is part of the Peyer group, a Swiss company with about 30 employees across two sites, Spreitenbach (AG) and Perroy (VD). We provide labelling, printing, and product marking solutions to clients in industry, pharmaceuticals, food, and watchmaking throughout French-speaking Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Configure, commission, maintain and repair our labelling and marking systems, at clients’ sites and in our Perroy workshop
• Plan your interventions independently, from appointment scheduling to completion
• Provide telephone support to our clients
• Handle technical queries with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Write technical documentation and user manuals

Your profile

• Technical certificate, ideally as an automation technician, specialising in electricity or electronics
• Industrial experience: production, maintenance or technical service
• Enjoy customer contact: at the client’s site, you represent the company
• Good IT skills, comfortable with software installation and configuration
• Reliability, flexibility and good interpersonal skills
• Category B driving licence
• Excellent command of French, spoken and written

Your assets

• Experience in field service
• Knowledge of electrotechnics, programming small PLCs (e.g. Siemens LOGO!), reading and creating electrical diagrams
• Knowledge of labelling or printing systems; otherwise, we provide internal training and with our suppliers and partners
• German and/or English
