Our client is a regionally rooted architectural firm with
locations in the Bernese Oberland. The company handles various
architecture and real estate projects, combining design aspirations with
practical planning and implementation.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed
individual as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture or
Building Draftsperson with a workload of 80 to 100 %.
Tasks
- You
create project, construction, and detail plans for demanding
building projects. - You
independently handle construction projects in close collaboration with
architects, project managers, and other internal contacts. - You
develop planning solutions and implement design ideas technically
precisely. - You
support the team in preparing building applications,
execution documents, and detailed planning. - You
coordinate planning bases with specialist planners, authorities, and
executing companies. - You
check and update plans throughout the various project phases. - You
help ensure a high quality of planning and execution. - Depending
on experience and interest, you take on additional responsibility
within individual projects.
Profile
- You
have completed training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture,
building draftsperson, or a comparable qualification. - You
ideally already have professional experience in project, execution,
and detail planning. - You
are proficient in using common CAD software. - You
possess good technical understanding and know the fundamental
processes of a construction project. - You
work in a structured, precise, and responsible manner. - You
can independently develop and clearly present plans and technical details. - You
enjoy working in a team and appreciate direct exchange with
various project participants. - You
communicate confidently in German. - Knowledge
of Swiss building regulations and planning procedures is an advantage.
