Project Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the independent management of demanding residential and densification projects. You will accompany projects from the initial design through planning and approval to execution planning and realisation. The focus is on architecturally high-quality and at the same time economically viable solutions for urban densification and residential construction. In addition to project management, you will participate in competitions and feasibility studies and coordinate specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of residential construction projects across all relevant SIA phases
Development of design and development concepts for demanding densification projects
Preparation of feasibility studies, variant studies, and potential analyses for plots and existing areas
Processing of preliminary projects, construction projects, and building applications up to approval readiness
Further development of projects in execution and detailed planning
Ensuring architectural, structural, and economic project quality
Leadership and coordination of specialist planners, specialists, and external project participants
Coordination with authorities and approval bodies as well as handling building law issues
Management of deadlines, planning services, and project costs within the area of responsibility
Development of solutions considering utilisation, density, economic efficiency, and residential quality
Participation in architecture competitions, study commissions, and project developments
Accompanying the realisation and ensuring planning quality until completion
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH/USI or equivalent recognised higher education
Several years of professional experience in project management of residential or building projects in the Swiss market
Solid experience in design, planning, approval, and execution planning
Good knowledge of Swiss building law, SIA standards, and relevant planning processes
Experience with densification projects, feasibility studies, and land potential is an advantage
Profound understanding of building construction, project economics, and economical residential construction
Very good German language skills spoken and written
