RI Case Manager at 80%-100%

ARASAPE is an association bringing together the 18 municipalities of the Aigle district and the Pays-d'Enhaut. It is responsible for managing the Day Care Network for children. It also has the mission to manage the Regional Social Centre (CSR) of Bex and Aigle, as well as the social insurance agencies (AAS) of Bex, Aigle, Villeneuve, Ollon, Le Sépey and Château d’Oex.

To complete its team, the CSR of Bex is looking for a:

Your main tasks:

• Ensure administrative duty hours and/or interviews, conduct the subsidiarity assessment and determine entitlement to financial benefits of the integration income (RI)
• Prepare monthly RI budgets and enter payment data
• Inform beneficiaries and partners on administrative and financial questions related to the cases
• Maintain, review, delete and archive RI beneficiaries’ files

Profile sought:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Generalist certificate in social insurance, an advantage
• Ease in human contact
• Fondness for numbers, good writing skills and proficiency with IT tools
• Sense of organisation and responsibility
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Adaptability to change
