Store Fitter (M/F/D)

To support its growth and strengthen its current momentum, it is seeking a professional passionate about glass technology.

Task Details (Your Responsibilities)

Under the responsibility of the site manager or workshop supervisor, your daily activities will include:

• Measuring and preparation: Reading plans, measuring on sites, and preparing elements in the workshop (cutting, shaping glass)

• Handling and transport: Secure transport of glass works on sites in strict compliance with safety standards

• Installation of glazing and closures: Installation of insulating glazing, shop windows, glass balustrades, fine glazing, and glass partitions.

• Renovation and repair: Replacement of broken glass, removal of old glazing, and installation of new windows (PVC, Aluminium, Wood).

• Versatility in finishing work: Occasional participation in the installation of complementary closure elements (blinds, mosquito nets, or pergola structures).

• Finishing touches: Application of sealant joints (silicone, mastic) and end-of-site cleaning for impeccable delivery.

The desired profile:

• Training: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Glazier, Metal Constructor, Carpenter, or considered equivalent with solid field experience in Switzerland.
• Technical skills: Perfect mastery of glass cutting, sealing techniques, and the use of lifting tools (suction cups, hoists).
• Personal qualities: Excellent physical condition (carrying heavy loads), rigour, surgical precision in finishing, and a strong taste for teamwork.
• Driving licence: Category B licence essential for travel to sites.
