As Business Process Owner Warehousing & Distribution, you will shape the further development of our global supply chain processes. You standardise end-to-end processes in warehousing and distribution, connect departments and IT, and accompany international projects from conception to successful implementation. In doing so, you create the foundation for efficient, future-proof processes and make an important contribution to global collaboration.

Your main tasks

• Responsible for global end-to-end SCM processes across departments, systems, and countries as well as defining process standards, local freedoms, governance structures, and process KPIs
• Optimising, standardising, and continuously developing processes along the global supply chain
• Gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and prioritising and approving changes
• Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Leading or co-leading supply chain projects from initiation to go-live, including responsibility for scope, budget, and schedule
• Accompanying a structured operational transition including process documentation, training materials, training sessions, and hypercare
• Acting as a central interface between departments, IT, and external partners as well as establishing and further developing a global key user network

Your profile

• Completed education at HF level in business processes, supply chain, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and warehouse logistics or distribution across multiple sites, ideally in the MedTech industry
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA WM or EWM (mandatory); knowledge of MM, PP, or SD is an advantage
• Confident handling of requirements gathering, process design, change approval, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as understanding the role of a Business Process Owner
• Strong understanding of global end-to-end processes and the ability to establish and implement standards as well as confidently navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (each C1)
