YOUR TASKS
- Design: You develop our group-wide HR governance further and ensure standardised, legally compliant and auditable HR processes
- Optimise: You analyse and design HR processes as well as HR policies, regulations and standards with a focus on efficiency, quality, standardisation, compliance and user-friendliness
- Advise: You are the central contact person for our HR Business Partners and HR Operations throughout the Hirslanden Group and support them in governance, compliance and process matters
- Ensure quality: You check HR documents for linguistic quality, consistency and compliance and define binding quality standards
- Co-design: You accompany the introduction of new HR standards, policies and processes and work on group-wide HR projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies (university/FH) or comparable training and further education in human resources, business administration, law or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on HR processes, HR governance or compliance
- Sound knowledge of labour law as well as experience in process management and optimisation of HR workflows
- Analytical, structured and quality-oriented working style with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Very high linguistic proficiency in German as well as good English and French skills (at least B1)
