Maintenance Specialist, Mathysweg Location

Tasks

• You inspect, maintain and check buildings, facilities and surroundings according to the object-specific work catalogue and carry out a variety of maintenance and revision work on systems and equipment.
• You maintain the environment according to ecological and economic criteria.
• You support and follow the measures ordered by the safety officer and also assist in the supervision of apprentices.
• You assist with company events and ensure the technical facilities for events.
• You maintain good contact with residents and respond to their wishes and needs within the operational framework.

Profile

• A responsible, reliable and precise way of working as well as teamwork, openness and good physical resilience
• A completed apprenticeship as a Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations (SEV, EKAS etc.) as well as a category B driving licence are mandatory
• Willingness for cross-site assignments in the operations of the Letzi health quarter
• Enjoyment of work, a heart for our residents as well as very good PC and German skills

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 64,070 to 85,610 (100%) depending on experience.
