YOUR TASKS

• You take co-responsibility in the professional care and support of patients according to the nursing care model
• Your tasks also include participating in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You are involved in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated and take a great deal of personal responsibility throughout the care process
• Co-responsibility in supporting trainees in everyday life

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Health Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), ideally with professional experience in an acute hospital
• Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
• Positive, courteous and communicative manner
• High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy
• Great flexibility, resilience and strong organisational skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (Certificate B2)
