COMMERCIAL INTERN (M/F)

Currently, for our headquarters located in Biel, we are looking for our "Commercial Administration" department a:

Mission:

• Participate in the complete processing of orders, from their entry to the receipt of products by our customers, in compliance with service offers and current customs regulations
• Ensure proactive follow-up and attentive support to our customers

Responsibilities:

• Process orders from our international customers in the ERP, from entry to invoicing, respecting deadlines and current prices
• Prepare export documents, such as transport documents and customs declarations
• Organise the collection of goods by the freight forwarder and monitor the shipment until delivery
• Update work instructions

Internship conditions:
