HVAC Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for our Branch Building Services in Grand-Lancy (GE) or Lausanne (VD) for a HVAC Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Ensure the study, design, sizing, implementation and monitoring of projects in the field of HVAC Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning installations
• Guarantee the calculations and hydraulic sizing of installations
• Prepare quotes, preliminary project descriptions and variant comparisons
• Draw up plans and schematic diagrams at all stages of a project
• Participate in and control the spatial coordination of HVACSE installations
• Ensure the preparation of preliminary measurements and tenders
• Supervise construction sites and manage company costs
• Ensure proper financial management of mandates

Your profile

• HES/ES Engineer in Building Services (HVAC), or equivalent qualification
• 10 years of professional experience in the field including at least one experience in a Swiss design office and experience in multidisciplinary project management
• Significant experience in the industrial sector (WWTP, factory, clean rooms, watchmaking)
• Extensive knowledge of Swiss standards, regulations and technical directives
• Necessary knowledge of HVAC techniques in the industrial environment, knowledge of other building techniques HVACSE, BMS, building physics and AEAI fire protection would be an asset
• Good command of CAD software as well as common tools (Office Suite)
• Ability to prepare tenders using Plancal Snap software is an asset
• Comfortable working in a team and network
