Role:
The company is an internationally active life science and pharmaceutical service provider specialising in the development and manufacture of highly complex active ingredient components for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry.
Particularly exciting is the high technical and scientific depth of the environment: research and development, production, engineering, quality management, regulatory affairs, supply chain and central corporate functions work closely together. Employees thus operate at the interface of chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, process development and international business.
Responsibilities:
You ensure forward-looking group liquidity and are responsible for the further development of cash management structures, forecasts and treasury processes.
As the central contact person, you coordinate the global banking relationships, monitor financing key figures and accompany the syndicated loan agreement.
Your area of responsibility includes assessing interest rate and currency risks, implementing the treasury policy and preparing and supporting further financing solutions.
You drive the digitalisation of the treasury area with the introduction of a TMS and actively contribute to process optimisations.
In addition, you contribute to Swiss GAAP FER consolidations, financial analyses and the further development of the international insurance portfolio.
Qualifications:
A higher education in finance, accounting, economics, auditing or a comparable field forms your professional basis.
You bring several years of experience in international corporate treasury and are familiar with cash management, financing, banks and financial risk analyses.
Sound knowledge of group accounting and consolidation.
With your initiative, flexibility and strong team orientation, you actively shape change.
You communicate very confidently in German and English.
