IT Project Manager / Service Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take on the planning, management, and implementation of demanding IT projects, considering time, budget, quality, and resources. You are responsible for the information security management system according to ISO 27001 as well as the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and continuously develop both. You conduct risk analyses, derive appropriate security and quality measures, and accompany internal and external audits as well as certifications. You work closely with departments, management, and external partners and advise them on IT projects, information security, and quality. With your structured, analytical, and independent working style, you contribute significantly to optimising processes and ensuring high quality and security standards.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, manage, and implement IT projects considering time, budget, quality, and resources.
- In this role, you are responsible for the information security management system (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and continuously develop it.
- You maintain and optimise the quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001.
- In this role, you conduct risk analyses and define as well as implement appropriate security and quality measures.
- You plan and accompany internal and external audits and support certifications.
- In this role, you advise departments, management, and external partners on projects, information security, and quality.
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in IT project management.
- You have sound knowledge of the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards and experience in operating or further developing ISMS and QMS.
- You have practical experience in risk, process, and compliance management.
- You work in a structured and analytical manner and demonstrate a high level of quality and responsibility awareness.
- You convince through strong communication skills, assertiveness, and an independent, solution-oriented working style.
