Your mission

As a professional in the trade, you contribute to enhancing a delicatessen-cheese counter known for the quality of its offer, its expertise and the excellence of its customer service.

Within the framework of assignments with recognised brands, you will be required to:

• Carry out the cutting, slicing and preparation of delicatessen meats and cheeses in compliance with quality standards
• Ensure a neat and attractive presentation of products in the display and at the counter
• Welcome, advise and serve a discerning clientele thanks to your product expertise (pairings, affinage, platters, tasting suggestions)
• Guarantee the strict application of hygiene, food safety, cold chain and HACCP procedures
• Actively participate in the upkeep, stock management and performance of the counter

Your profile

Passionate about your profession, you combine technical skill, rigour and a sense of service.

You have:

• Training as a delicatessen worker, cheesemonger or sales manager (or equivalent), or proven experience in a similar environment
• Good knowledge of delicatessen meats and cheeses (families, affinage, preservation) and excellent mastery of cutting and preparation techniques
• A sense of customer advice and a neat presentation
• Reliability, autonomy and flexibility in your organisation
• Availability to quickly take on varied assignments
