The La Côte Foundation is recruiting a Regional Coordinator "learning through play, little steps" - La Côte Prevention Space

Your profile

• University or HES degree in social work, early childhood, community health or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience since obtaining your qualification and professional practice within a semi-public institution, a non-governmental organisation or a public administration
• Ability to lead a team, facilitate group meetings of adults and young children, as well as project management skills
• Aptitude to develop skills in play and crafts among teams and parents
• Excellent knowledge of the Vaud socio-health network and the early childhood sector
• Availability primarily on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: flexible organisation
• Driving licence essential

Your future tasks

• Coordinate the "Learning through play, little steps" programme for the La Côte region (districts of Morges and Nyon)
• Lead and supervise the team of home intervention workers
• Ensure family recruitment in collaboration with early childhood partners
• Plan and facilitate group meetings
• Guarantee competence and professionalism in the implementation of the programme
• Collaborate with our partner a:primo, AVASAD and the entire regional and cantonal socio-health network
