ERP Application Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support of complex enterprise software including configuration, maintenance and interface management.
Recording and redesigning internal workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
Development of technical solution options for organisational needs.
Implementation of upcoming platform changes including data migration and process adjustments.
Support of staff with system queries as well as checking and processing periodic billing.
Qualifications:
Higher education in the IT field or comparable academic degree with solid ERP experience.
Confident handling of Unix-based environments, shell scripting and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Python, machine learning or artificial intelligence is welcome.
Experience in project management, organisational change as well as data or financial processes.
Communicative, networked-thinking personality with initiative; very good German, good English and additional national languages are an advantage.
