Medical Assistant in Dermatology Practice (M/F/D)

For a medical practice specialised in dermatology located in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for an experienced CFC Medical Assistant wishing to join a small-scale structure that demands high quality in patient care and reception.

Beyond technical skills, we place particular importance on interpersonal skills, presentation, quality of communication, and team spirit.

Your responsibilities

Reception and medical secretariat

• Welcome and accompany patients with kindness, discretion, and professionalism.
• Handle telephone reception and manage various patient requests.
• Manage appointments and efficiently organise the doctors' schedules.
• Create, complete, and update patient files.
• Ensure medical and administrative correspondence.
• Coordinate exchanges with doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical partners.
• Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the practice.

Medical-technical and dermatological activities

• Prepare consultation rooms and necessary equipment.
• Assist doctors during consultations and various dermatological procedures.
• Participate in preparation and assistance during minor dermatological surgical procedures, according to your skills.
• Perform care, dressings, and medical-technical tasks prescribed within your competencies.
• Prepare, clean, disinfect, and maintain medical equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety rules.
• Participate in the administrative follow-up of examinations, samples, and results.
