For one of our clients, a major institution in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Complex Case Manager to join their teams as part of a long-term temporary assignment.
Responsibilities
- Analyse individual situations requiring a thorough assessment of facts and case elements.
- Examine and interpret various supporting documents (income, assets, bank statements, leases, employment contracts, vehicles, etc.).
- Verify the conditions for granting benefits and identify any inconsistencies requiring further investigation.
- Conduct interviews with beneficiaries and collect the necessary information for case processing.
- Cross-check, analyse and document the information collected.
- Apply legal provisions, directives and internal procedures.
- Draft letters, reports, notes, recommendations and other administrative documents requiring rigour and synthesis skills.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of decisions made.
- Make recommendations and take a position on the cases examined within the institutional framework.
Profile
- Training at CFC, ES, HES level, with a specialisation in social insurance or law. Holding a Federal Certificate in social insurance or in the legal field is an asset.
- Proven experience in managing and analysing complex cases.
- Experience within a public administration, social organisation, social insurance or similar environment.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system is a real advantage.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and judgement skills.
- Ease in conducting interviews and managing sometimes sensitive situations.
- Ability to work independently while respecting established procedures.
- Very good writing skills in French.
- Proficiency in common IT tools.
