With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial firms, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Geneva, I am looking for:

PPE Assistant M/F

Tasks:

• Handling mail, emails, telephone calls and the manager's diary;
• Ensuring relations between the agency, co-owners, tenants of the managed lots, concierges and companies;
• Preparing work orders, requests for quotes;
• Checking and processing invoices;
• Preparing and monitoring budgets in collaboration with the manager;
• Organising and planning committee meetings and general assemblies (preparation of documents and logistics);
• Attendance at general assemblies and committee meetings as well as taking and drafting minutes (several evenings per year) and follow-up of tasks;
• Managing and monitoring the rental and technical aspects of a small portfolio of residential lots;
• Monitoring and developing the QUORUM office software.

Profile:

• You hold a commercial/technical employee CFC or an equivalent qualification;
• You can demonstrate solid experience of at least 2/3 years within an agency as a PPE assistant;
• You have a good command of tenancy law;
• APGCI/USPI training is an asset.
• French, perfect oral and written command;
• English, an asset;
• Autonomy, teamwork, dynamism;
• Priority management, stress resistance and versatility;
• Availability, discretion and reliability;
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills;
• Writing skills, impeccable spelling;
• Proficiency in IT tools and QUORUM software.
• EXPERIENCE IN AGENCY IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
