Responsibilities:
Maintaining and servicing Windows workstations is part of your duties – including user management and automated software distribution with PowerShell ADT.
You also procure and manage client hardware, keep it inventoried, and support both virtual desktop solutions (VMware Horizon) and VoIP applications.
You systematically investigate technical problems, handle support cases by phone or remote access, and use a structured ticket system for tracking.
You install new workstations, keep systems up to date with regular patches, and actively participate in rollout projects – both locally and across sites.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the IT field and have already gained practical experience in comparable activities.
You are well acquainted with Windows systems, Microsoft cloud services, and administrative tools.
Your approach is structured, solution-oriented, and characterised by a strong technical understanding.
You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
