Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- As a Property Manager, you are responsible for conducting apartment viewings, inspections, and handovers, as well as drafting rental contracts
- Organisation and coordination of property maintenance
- As a Property Manager, you are the contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, craftsmen, and caretakers
- Carrying out property accounting and preparing annual financial statements
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training in the field of property/ fiduciary
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented working style
- Knowledge in property accounting and preparation of annual financial statements is an advantage
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
- Category B driving licence
