In this role, you actively shape cloud solutions and ensure that systems are operated stably, securely and scalably. You take responsibility for the planning, implementation and further development of cloud infrastructures, keeping performance and automation in focus. You also analyse technical requirements, evaluate suitable services and contribute to continuously optimising architectures. By consistently applying standards and best practices, you ensure reliable operation of the cloud environments. With your commitment, you play a significant role in expanding the technological foundation for future-proof solutions.
Responsibilities:
You manage the customer systems in a modern cloud environment and ensure stable operation
You take over the installation and updating of applications for current systems
By monitoring the systems, you detect and resolve faults early
In case of incidents, you analyse problems and find suitable solutions together with the team
Additionally, you support the further development of the cloud infrastructure
Qualifications:
You have a solid IT education and relevant professional experience
Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux as well as strong problem-solving skills distinguish you
In communication with customers, you convince through strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Fluent written and spoken German as well as willingness to work evening shifts and 7x24 on-call duty complete your profile
