At the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Dr med Angelo Bernardon), children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are treated. The clinic's integrated treatment offering includes an outpatient area with a central outpatient clinic as well as four outpatient clinics distributed across the canton, a consultation and liaison service, and an inpatient area with an acute ward, two psychotherapy wards, a day clinic and a clinic school. The teams consist of clinical professionals from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing and social pedagogy, and the clinic school employs teachers and special needs educators. The Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy is a teaching hospital of the University of Zurich and a certified training centre category A.

Profile

• Commercial basic training and further education at HF/BP level (Business Administration HF, Management Specialist BP or similar)
• Several years of professional experience, including leadership experience and experience in implementing change projects
• Very good IT user skills, ideally experience with clinical information systems
• You have a high quality awareness, a quick grasp and work solution-oriented, efficiently and reliably
• Discretion, assertiveness and teamwork skills characterise you

Tasks

• Personnel management and operation of the Central Secretariat and patient reception as well as professional management of the Regional Secretariats
• Organisation of support services for inpatient and outpatient clinic operations
• Responsibility for documenting administrative processes, ensuring quality and its continuous development in cooperation with clinic management
• Participation in projects on behalf of clinic management
• Administrative tasks such as billing outpatient services for medical and psychological staff, coordination with internal and external bodies, resource management, archiving etc.
