Architect Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the project management of diverse building construction projects from design to handover. You will lead internal project teams, coordinate all planning and implementation steps, and support the client as the central contact person. You will be responsible in particular for costs, deadlines, planning quality, and project organisation and accompany projects from residential construction to demanding commercial buildings. The position combines architecture, project management, and execution planning with direct responsibility for efficient and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of building construction projects from design through planning to realisation and handover
Technical and organisational leadership of internal project teams as well as coordination of tasks and planning services
Central support and advice to the client throughout the entire project process
Responsibility for cost planning, schedule control, quality assurance, and project controlling
Coordination of architects, specialist planners, site management, contractors, and other specialists
Management of design, planning, approval, and execution phases
Implementation of plan and interface coordination between architecture, structural engineering, and building services
Preparation and coordination of building submissions as well as liaison with authorities, offices, and approval bodies
Processing and quality assurance of project, execution, and detail planning with ArchiCAD
Support with cost estimates, tenders, and awards as well as coordination with site management during realisation
Accompaniment of acceptances, handovers, and project completions as well as ensuring complete project documentation
Qualifications:
Basic training as draftsman EFZ specialising in architecture with advanced training in construction
Degree as architect FH, technician HF construction planning or comparable higher qualification
Professional experience in project management and planning of Swiss building construction projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes as well as relevant SIA standards
Good user knowledge of ArchiCAD and Microsoft 365
Experience in cost, schedule, and planning coordination as well as dealing with authorities
Very good German language skills spoken and written
