Finance is your passion and you want to contribute your expertise in a responsible environment? For our ROCKEN partner, an institution of the Swiss federal administration in the financial sector, we are looking for reinforcement for a specialised team.
Together, you ensure that the financial accounting of several federal offices is properly and audit-proof maintained. You can expect a varied and demanding role at the Bern location in a dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for financial accounting with a focus on general ledger, financial statements, asset accounting, account reconciliations, and master data maintenance according to the guidelines of the federal budget and accounting management
You prepare the monthly reporting and support controlling colleagues with budgeting, cost-performance accounting, evaluations, and the allocation of SAP authorisations
You are the central contact point for technical support and further develop process documentation including internal control system (ICS)
You proactively contribute to projects in the financial accounting department
Qualifications:
You have completed training at the level of a university of applied sciences or higher technical school, e.g. as an expert in accounting and controlling or as a specialist in finance and accounting
You bring practical experience in accounting, especially in financial accounting including ICS
You are confident in SAP and common MS Office applications
You think analytically and conceptually, work goal- and result-oriented, and keep a cool head even under pressure
You are a team player, communicative, and precise person who works independently and masters two official languages well
