You lead the IT Engineering department professionally and develop structures, services, and competencies in a targeted manner.
You translate business requirements into future-proof IT solutions and manage their implementation.
You are responsible for strategic infrastructure projects, transformations, and collaboration with external partners.
You identify potentials for automation, cloud, and AI and integrate these into daily operations.
You manage budgets, resources, and performance indicators and ensure security and compliance.
Qualifications:
You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in a senior IT, engineering, or infrastructure role.
You have successfully managed demanding projects and changes and led external technology partners.
You possess practical knowledge in IT automation as well as a good understanding of modern cloud and operating models.
You convince at management level through strong communication skills, negotiation ability, entrepreneurial spirit, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
