CRM, DATA & Automation Specialist - Permanent Position

We are looking to recruit a CRM, DATA & Automation Specialist – Permanent Position

Mission:

• Manage and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem to meet marketing, sales and loyalty needs.
• Define and optimise CRM processes, customer journeys and lifecycle of prospects, members and clients.
• Design workflows, automations and integrations between the CRM, marketing tools, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, the website and business applications.
• Ensure data quality, governance and enhancement: segmentation, deduplication, enrichment and data utilisation.
• Develop dashboards and indicators, analyse journeys and performance, and identify improvement levers.
• Contribute to lead generation and qualification and improve conversion rates.
• Identify and implement use cases related to automation, Microsoft Copilot and generative AI.
• Conduct technological watch and be a driving force in developing new uses of AI and data.
• Support and train users, act as an internal referent and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with Client Marketing, Data and IT teams, respecting governance, security and data protection requirements.

Profile:

• Higher education in marketing, CRM, MarTech or related field (Bachelor HES or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a CRM, marketing automation, data management or process optimisation role.
• Very good command of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM processes.
• Good knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong skills in data management, structuring and governance.
• Marked interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and generative AI.
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset, with a taste for continuous improvement.
• Autonomy, rigour, technological curiosity and a service-oriented attitude.
