Our client is looking for a responsible individual with experience in dispatching to expand their operational team. In this varied role, the new specialist will take on the deployment planning of vehicles, direct customer contact, as well as an active role in a company-wide digitalisation project. - Dispatching of service vehicles and route optimisation
- Customer communication and appointment management
- Coordination between technicians, warehouse, and internal service
- Monitoring and follow-up of assignments
- Professional experience as a dispatcher with very good geographical knowledge (Switzerland)
- Very good language skills in German and French in W&S, Italian a great plus
- Strong communication skills: friendly and professional interaction with customers, service technicians, warehouse, and internal departments
- Experience with ERP systems and a solution-oriented and decisive personality
- Working in a collegial team with direct communication on equal footing
- Active participation in a company-wide digitalisation project with a long-term perspective
- Good accessibility of the location as well as free parking facilities for employees
- Flat hierarchies enable quick decisions and independent work
