The company is an internationally active industrial and raw materials company focusing on the development, production and marketing of high-quality mineral and specialised solutions for various industries. With high innovative power, comprehensive research expertise and a strong global presence, it supports customers worldwide in optimising products and industrial processes.
Responsibilities:
You develop a risk-based internal audit strategy and conduct audits across various companies, regions and business areas.
In doing so, you assess governance, risk management and internal controls and derive practical improvement recommendations.
You further develop audit methods and reporting standards and use data analyses as well as ERP evaluations to identify risks.
You lead, coach and develop the internal audit team and support selected investigations.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in internal audit, risk management, internal controls, finance or related governance functions.
A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, law, economics or a comparable field forms your foundation.
You convince with analytical thinking, integrity, communication skills and the ability to influence even without direct authority.
You have fluent German and English skills.
