Your tasks

• Ensuring compliance with all laboratory guidelines as well as active participation in laboratory operations
• Conducting tests on various foods using micro- and molecular biological methods
• Maintaining and managing laboratory data in the Limsophy system
• Preparing nutrient media and performing incoming goods inspections
• Carrying out general cleaning and hygiene tasks in the laboratory, including autoclaving, disinfecting, and maintenance work, etc.
• Maintaining, checking, and monitoring laboratory equipment and testing devices
• Managing laboratory stock inventories

Your profile

• Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ specialising in microbiology or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in the laboratory and good GLP knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office and LIMS
• Team-oriented, open, and communicative personality
• Flexible working hours and willingness to work occasional weekends
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style
• Customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
