Your main tasks
- Supporting production in the preparation of cold and hot meals for patients and staff
- Monitoring and plating meals
- Working in the cold diet kitchen
- Adhering to quality standards as well as hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Accurately following recipes taking allergen management into account
- Acting as a role model for our trainees
Your profile
- Qualification as kitchen assistant EBA advantageous
- Experience in a large kitchen advantageous
- Commitment, high resilience and flexibility
- Interest in healthy cooking and nutrition
- Strong professional pride and enjoyment of your craft
- Passion for daily professional challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation and a sense of humour
