Architect for Execution Planning, Technician HF Construction Planning, Draftsperson EFZ Architecture 60-100% (m/f/d)

Role:

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a qualified professional for the execution and detailed planning of demanding architectural projects in a quality-oriented architectural office. You will independently prepare precise planning documents and accompany construction projects from detailed design to construction implementation. The focus is on constructive detail development, CAD-supported architectural planning, and technical coordination with specialist planners and executing companies. The position combines high-quality architecture, sound construction knowledge, and structured execution planning with flexible working models and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of execution and detailed planning for demanding building projects, considering architectural and technical quality requirements

• Creation of precise working, execution, and detail plans as binding planning bases for construction realisation

• Development of constructive detail solutions for building envelopes, façades, component connections, interior fittings, and other project-specific components

• Further development of existing architectural concepts regarding technical feasibility, materialisation, cost-effectiveness, and execution quality

• Digital architectural planning with CAD and, if applicable, BIM systems including processing and coordination of planning documents

• Coordination of execution planning with architects, specialist planners, and experts to ensure consistent and clash-free planning

• Coordination of technical interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services, and other disciplines

• Preparation of planning bases for tenders and awards including constructive details, material definitions, and technical specifications

• Technical coordination with contractors and executing specialist companies to clarify execution details and construction requirements

• Planning support during construction including handling queries, plan revisions, and technical adjustments

• Quality control and ongoing review of planning documents regarding completeness, dimensional accuracy, coordination, and feasibility

• Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations as well as project-specific planning and execution standards

Qualifications:

• Completed training as an architect ETH / FH, technician HF construction planning, or draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification

• Professional experience in architectural planning, especially in execution planning, working drawings, or constructive detail work

• Sound knowledge of building construction and technical detail development as well as understanding of materials, component connections, and execution processes

• Confident use of CAD planning software and experience in creating precise architectural and execution plans

• Knowledge of Swiss building and planning processes, especially relevant SIA phases and technical execution standards

• Experience in coordination with specialist planners and executing companies as well as structured handling of technical interfaces

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form for technical documentation and communication with project participants
