Our client is an established construction and project management company focusing on high-quality building construction projects in the Schwyz and Zurich area. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as a certified construction manager building construction who takes responsibility and implements projects with foresight and quality.

Responsibilities:
Independent management of building construction projects from execution to handover
Coordination of contractors, specialist planners and clients
Schedule, cost and quality control on site
Conducting construction meetings and preparing minutes
Support in tendering and awarding contractor services
Close collaboration with project management and architects
Qualifications:
Training as a certified construction manager building construction, HF technician or equivalent
Solid experience in construction management of building construction projects in Switzerland
Good understanding of construction processes, cost control and construction workflows
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Assertiveness, organisational talent and team spirit
Driving licence category B
