In this role, you actively shape the future HR IT system landscape as an HR data and process analyst by driving the modernisation and digitalisation of HR IT systems and reducing complexity. You take on a key role as a link between the HR department and IT, bringing your solid SAP HR experience specifically into requirements analysis and solution design. You are responsible for managing projects and requests for changes from defining requirements to successful implementation. With your affinity for technical contexts, you navigate confidently in a complex environment and effectively involve relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you help shape a modern working environment and sustainably develop leadership tools for operational HR work.
Responsibilities:
You ensure smooth communication between HR, IT, and external partners and make sure that practical digital solutions arise from professional requirements.
The focus is on further developing the HR system landscape: You evaluate existing processes, question workflows, and develop more efficient solutions together with the departments.
You take responsibility for projects and change initiatives – from needs clarification and conception through implementation and quality assurance to go-live.
You structure, prioritise, and translate requirements into clear specifications. You keep an eye on technical dependencies and the impact on existing processes.
You organise workshops and tests, coordinate involved teams, and ensure that decisions are documented transparently and implemented reliably.
You stay engaged after implementation: You analyse optimisation possibilities, support adjustments, and assist users with new functions and processes.
As a competent interface person, you bring together different perspectives and thus make an important contribution to simplifying and digitalising the HR organisation.
Qualifications:
A higher education in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field forms your foundation.
Several years of experience in business analysis, process management, digitalisation, or IT projects are important for this role.
Knowledge of the SAP HR environment is advantageous; experience with modern HR platforms or comparable business applications is also welcome.
You understand both the language of business and the technical contexts behind it and can mediate between both worlds.
Methodological knowledge in requirements engineering, process modelling, or project management supports you in structured implementation.
You convince through initiative, analytical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to complex issues.
A confident manner, strong communication skills, and very good German language skills distinguish you.

- Flexible working hours
- Good transport connections and accessibility
