Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for project management and the strategic development of the heating department. You will be responsible for demanding heating and building services projects from conception to realisation and simultaneously take on the technical leadership of a planning team. In addition to quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness, you will bear the revenue responsibility for your projects and actively participate in acquisition and client development. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom in further developing standards, processes and planning methods as well as close collaboration with management.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of heating systems for new builds and renovations across all relevant SIA phases
Development of technical concepts, variant studies, calculations and cost estimates
Creation and quality assurance of plans, system schematics, project descriptions and technical documentation
Preparation of tenders and specifications as well as technical support for tenders and awards
Conducting site surveys, specialist site supervision, inspections and commissioning on site
Taking over overall project management HVAC including procurement of basics and coordination of involved trades
Technical leadership and management of the assigned planning and project team
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs and revenue of the assigned projects
Coordination and consulting of clients, architects, specialist planners and executing companies
Active project acquisition as well as systematic development and maintenance of the client and partner network
Strategic development and further advancement of the heating planning department in close coordination with management
Co-design and optimisation of internal standards, processes, CAD structures and planning tools
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner heating EFZ, ideally with further education as Dipl. Technician HF Building Services Engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in planning and project management of heating and building services systems in the Swiss market
Sound knowledge in heating technology, hydraulic design, cost planning, tendering and specialist site supervision
Experience in technical leadership of planning teams as well as in cross-trade HVAC coordination
Very good user knowledge of CAD programmes and MS Office as well as knowledge of relevant SIA standards
Experience in acquisition, client development and economic project management is an advantage
Good German skills as well as a driving licence category B
