For our Swiss Education Academy entity active in the Youth and Online programs, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated:
As SEA Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering successful tailor-made programs, while also supporting the smooth operation of our summer and winter camps.
- Coordinate short programs: act as the key contact for partner institutions, agents, and schools
- Manage all logistics: accommodation, transportation, scheduling, excursions, and on-site delivery
- Serve as SEA’s representative on-site during tailor-made programs and camps
- Manage student registrations, CRM data, and all pre-arrival communication
- Provide first-line support for parents, agents, and institutions during program delivery
- Collect feedback and supporting continuous improvement of program quality
- Assist with financial/admin reporting (invoices, expenses, enrolment numbers)
- Oversee website and platform updates, digital tools, and light technical support
- Travel regularly within Switzerland to oversee delivery of tailor-made programs and camps
- Professional background in education program delivery, hospitality, tourism, or events
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong digital/technical skills – confident with online platforms, web updates, and troubleshooting
- Marketing and content creation experience
- High level of English is mandatory and high level of French or another language
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel frequently to program locations across Switzerland
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment with diverse stakeholders
- Driving license is mandatory
